  • AI provides ways to detect weak signals, reduce complexity, and improve systems by understanding – from the people who do the job – why work goes well and before it goes wrong. We explore how AI can give insights to work, uncover hidden risks, and support objective, unbiased investigations which focus on learning instead of blame.

  • When we lead with confidence we are: authentic, energised, humble and performing at our peak. We innovate, inspire and motivate. We can adapt to change because we stand in our power and stay calm amid the chaos. Stress and overwhelm disappears because we back ourselves to leverage our skills and own our space.

Whether you are in a leadership role or aspiring to be a leader Jess will help you to gain clarity on how best to harness your skills and experience to add value and make an impact. To overcome imposter syndrome and master a positive mindset and to build resilience without burning out in the process.
